- Returnable within 30 days of receipt (brand-new, unworn, in resalable condition)
- Buyers cover return shipping for non-quality issues; we cover costs for quality-related returns
- Earrings, customized/special-price products are non-returnable for non-quality reasons
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
